The Council owns and administers three public halls, two being in the town centre, one of which being the Corn Exchange in Market Square which currently hosts the part-time cinema facility, Screen at the Square operated independently and subsidised by the Town Council. 

List of Administration Staff based in the Corn Exchange:

Mr Mike Coonerty - Public Halls Manager/Bar Manager
In charge of the day to day running of all Witney Town Council Halls. Is also responsible for the bars and halls bookings.

Mrs Irene Smith - Administration Officer
Manages the Halls bookings and administration of the Halls.
