Grants

Do you have a particular project or event which would benefit from additional funds or equipment that you would like to purchase?

Witney Town Council awards  discretionary grants to local community organisations working within the town to assist them with what they do, help fund the purchase of new equipment or help with a particular event or activity. It also considers discretionary subsidised hire requests for the letting of its venues.

Applications for discretionary grant funding or subsidised use of recreation grounds or public halls are considered by the council Policy, Governance & Finance Committee. A copy of the criteria that applications are judged on is available in the Grant Aid Policy – 2024-25

To apply please complete and return the Grant Application Form 2023-24
