Trade Union Facility Time
Witney Town Council has no members of staff engaged in activity as union representatives.
Parking Account & Parking Spaces
Witney Town Council owns a car parking area at the Leys (60) This car park is free to use and no income is derived from it.
The Council also has parking spaces at Langdale Hall, Corn Exchange, Burwell Hall, Tower Hill Cemetery and Windrsuh Cemetery which are for the use of patrons and staff as advertised at the locations. There are no charges for these car parks.
Senior Salaries
The Town Council employs 1 member of staff with a salary in excess of £50,000 p/a.
Constitution
Witney Town Council is not required to have a constitution. Its Control documents include Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Code of Conduct which can be found here Council Documents
Pay Multiple
The pay multiple compares the salary (all taxable earnings) of the highest paid member of staff to the median full-time equivalent base pay of all staff as of 31/03/2025. These calculations include part time employees’ total salaries as full time equivalents (not pro rata).
